CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
The celebration of Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 years is a joyful event for each Turkmen citizen. In the battles of the Second World War along with other nations, the Turkmen soldiers fought with the courage inherent to our people, showing an example of high heroism. Their heroism as a symbol of courage brought to our country authority, prestige and dignity. And so the heroism and fearlessness manifested in this war will forever remain in people's memory. Through the efforts of our national Leader, hundreds of thousands of Turkmen citizens who gave their lives in battles against fascism are honored, now living war veterans are held in respect by Turkmen citizens. Evidence of that - the complex of large-scale cases in our country.
In one of the most beautiful places of our capital was built the memorial complex “Halk hakydasy” (“People’s Memory”), there burns “eternal flame”. In our country is regularly manifested, at the state level, the care of war veterans, steadily increases their pensions, and improves living conditions.
As a result of the affairs of the esteemed President in the third millennium for the benefit of the country and the people, the country grows and thrives. The efforts of the Leader of the Nation to include our Homeland to the number of rhythmically developing countries of the world be recognizing not only among the people of Turkmenistan and the people of the region, but throughout the Earth. It is gladden that, at the time when Turkmenistan moves towards new progress and transformations, concern for war veterans does not remain without attention.
With all our hearts we congratulate our compatriots with the 74th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 years! We wish good health, long life, and prosperous life in our Homeland!
