CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN

Our Independent Motherland has positioned its foundation of the democratic, legal, and secular state structure firmly with the adoption of the Constitution and the creation of the National Flag. Celebrating this holiday symbolizes the sovereignty and unity of our people, and adds pride to the spirit of every Turkmen. Our constitutional government serves as a reliable guarantee of stability and harmony in the country and gives certainty for the rights and well-being of Turkmen citizens. These constitutional reforms develop a series of comprehensive legal framework and democratic foundations for the Turkmen society and aimed at ensuring the normal life and protection of every citizen and encouraging the pursuit of individual goals.
Our high-flying national flag and constitution considered to be the national value of the Turkmen people which symbolize glorious times of past and the bright future. As a result, every citizen of Turkmenistan is proud to be recognized as the value of society and the state, and thus our Motherland is confidently moving forward with its fluttering green national flag to the path of reform and development.
