CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
International Day for the Protection of Children is widely celebrated in our Motherland each year on the first day of summer, which has become a country of a happy childhood. This holiday will be celebrated in the year of “Turkmenistan - Homeland of Neutrality” for the happiness of children who will be our descendants to further enhance the prestige, dignity, and glory of our sovereign Motherland in the world. Our happy and cheerful generation of our beautiful Motherland is grateful and proud of every hard-working Turkmen people.
Our people created unique principles, family values, body health, and morals in the upbringing wise progeny. This unique heritage is still an important foundation of national upbringing. The consistent construction and commissioning of modern kindergartens, schools, physical education, parks, and recreation complexes are all over the country, as well as the comprehensive and harmonious development of our children are the hallmarks of national upbringing.
Our country's accession to several fundamental international legal documents, including the Universal Declaration on the Protection and Development of the Child and the United Nations Convention on the rights of the child is a rightful and symbolical step for Turkmenistan.
Our country has been established as a member of the Executive Council of the United Nations Children's Fund for 2018-2020 and the Commission for the Status of Women for 2018-2022 for effective cooperation, it is very important to protect children's health and provide them with high-quality education and socially protect the future generations. There is a constant concern for children to grow up to be physically-mentally healthy and well-educated people at the state level of Turkmenistan. On International Day for the Protection of Children, we wish good health, prosperous and happy life and great success to children who are the pride of our eyes and the pride of our hearts.
