In our Motherland where the love of our forefathers is nurtured every day of our spiritual people are nourished with prosperity and holidays. June 29 of each year is the birthday of our Hero Arkadag, who has done a great job for our country, and our people celebrate this wonderful date with ceremony.
As a result of the initiatives of our national Leader, our economy is growing stronger with the transition to market relations and digital systems, innovative technologies, the achievements in politics, culture and science are astonishing the whole world today. All our achievements and victories in our country are inseparable with the name of our Hero Arkadag.
At the new era of Powerful period of our Sovereign state the great achievements in all sectors of the country are clear evidence of the success of the systematic and programmatic work aimed at improving the living standards of our patriotic people, increasing the economic potential of our state.
During the years of sovereignty our Hero Arkadag has widely implemented radical reforms aimed at keeping our country in line with world development. Of course, these reforms require a very thoughtful and prudent policy. That is to say, "My most reliable support will be my people!", during his tenure as Head of State our national Leader, who has directed all his efforts to live a prosperous and happy life for our hard-working people firmly united around him today is confidently moving forward with the creative path of development under the wise leadership of our esteemed President. The boundless love of our Hero Arkadag to his people, his hard work of universal importance, have elevated the prestige of our Motherland and has turned our Land into a country of happiness.
The unity and solidarity of the people and the state in the socio-political life of our country is the beginning of all development and progresses. The humanitarian doctrine of our Hero Arkadag "The state is for the people!" has been the core of the great achievements made during the years of Independence. That is why, the heart of every turkmen living in our happy Motherland today is full of warm applause and gratitude to our Hero Arkadag.
In our Motherland, the national legislation is being harmonized with the democratic principles of our ancestors and the world experience, in accordance with the generally accepted norms of international law. The rapid development of society requires perfect and modern legislation. By the way, based on the initiative of our Hero Arkadag, in accordance with the Constitutional law of Turkmenistan "On amendments and supplements to the Constitution of Turkmenistan" adopted at the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan on September 25, 2020, the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan consists of two chambers – Halk Maslahaty and Mejlis were created.
In this regard, for the first time in the history of our country, the elections of members of Halk Maslahaty of Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan held on March 28, 2021, based on democratic norms. The fact that our Hero Arkadag also participated in those elections as a candidate and was elected a member of the new chamber, and then the election of the Chairman of Halk Maslahaty of Milli Gengesh became an unforgettable historical event.
In addition, on February 11 this year at the extraordinary session of Halk Maslahaty of Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan chaired by our Hero Arkadag adopted the "National program for socio-economic development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052" of the Powerful period of new era of the Sovereign state. This marked the beginning of a new phase of broad-based reforms aimed at achieving lofty goals.
Our hero Arkadag has done a lot of work to strengthen the foundations of the eternal turkmen state, to increase its economic potential, to make our beautiful Land a place of happiness, to improve the living standards of our people.
At present our Hero Arkadag is carrying out large-scale, universal-important works related to the destiny of the nation as the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Milli Gengesh.
It should be noted with great pride that as a result of the successful continuation of initiatives of our Hero Arkadag by our esteemed President the development of our Motherland is continues.
