CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
Under the wise leadership of our esteemed President at the Powerful period of new era of the Sovereign state in the context of large-scale reforms, our dear Motherland is moving forward in the fields of science, education and others. The wise appointment of our esteemed President means that the core of all development is related to the study of science and education: "I would like to emphasize that it is a necessary task to expand the capabilities of the scientific and educational system of our country, to bring international cooperation to new heights in the training of specialists and scientists with a world-class scientific understanding. The roots of science must be developed from kindergarten onwards, and for this the steps of science and education must be fully aligned with the requirements of world standards. I will pay attention to the strengthening of scientific cooperation with foreign countries to increase the impact of scientific creativity in the development of the life of our country and people."
With the efforts of our esteemed President scientific work is being supported by the state, the introduction of new technologies and innovations in all sectors of our economy, the modernization of the solid-based, modern science system that meets international standards, and great work is being done to develop international cooperation in this area.
As a result of the fundamental changes that have taken place in the science of our Hero Arkadag in our country, the scientific system is being developed in accordance with international standards, and its legal and material base is being strengthened. There is ample opportunity to conduct research in key areas of science, to train young scientists, highly skilled workers. Thus, has formed the younger generation engaged in creativity.
In the new historical epoch, great attention is paid to the development of young people who are innovative, broad-minded and modern in science, and who are committed to positive thinking.
The Constitution of Turkmenistan is the base of the legal framework of the national science system. In accordance with our basic Law, the state promotes the development of science, technique and technology, as well as supports international cooperation in these areas. The scientific and technical policy of the state is pursued in the interests of the society and the individual. The state promotes the implementation of science and technology achievements in production.
The fact that the classic turkmen poets Magtymguly Pyragy " Ylym-taglym alan seni unutmaz ", Mammetveli Kemine " Ylym bir daragtdyr " described in their poems testifies that they did not neglect the issue of science and education in their creative work. In fact, our forefathers paid great attention to the field of science and education.
Though, the most ancient and valuable heritage of our ancestors is the principle of education and upbringing of the younger generation. Science, education, upbringing are considered the fruits of longevity and hard work. Because, the source of our prosperous and happy life is inextricably linked to the advancement of science and knowledge.
Our Hero Arkadag notes: "Science and education are the decoration of humanity. At all times great works, great changes have been made through the power of science and education." This means that the core of all development is related to the study of science and education.
We heartily congratulate our dear compatriots and President on the occasion of the Science day, which is celebrated on June 12, on the year of "The era of the people with Arkadag".
May the life of our esteemed President, who attaches great importance to the scientific, educated and broad-mindedness of our youth be long, great deeds for the benefit of the nation and humanity be nourished.
