CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
Under the wise leadership of the honorable President turkmen people, who are confidently moving forward on the path of development and prosperity welcomed the year 2023 with joy and excitement, with good wishes and hopes at the Revival of the new epoch of the Powerful state.
Each year comes to our beloved Land with blessings. New year is celebrated in every family hearth with a festive, joyous, song and music. This is a clear sign that the year will coming more prosperous.
According to the Eastern calendar this year is the year of the rabbit. Eastern peoples have a belief that "Each year comes with its own characteristics according to the character, living conditions and behavior of the creature that bears its name."
Based on this belief, the year of the rabbit, the fourth year of the lunar calendar will bring many blessings and prosperity to our dear Motherland and to each family.
In our Powerful state it has become a noble tradition to name each year with appropriate motto and to feed the glorious years with great development and changes.
Based on the decision of the Mejlis of Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, the declaration of the year 2023 as "Happy youth with Arkadag Serdar" created a sense of pride in every citizen of the country. This means the unity of generations, stability, power, peace and a new, dynamic step of development. This slogan is the motto of our great era, the voice of our comrades. The new year's motto clearly expresses the great confidence, pride and concern for young people.
In the New year's greeting of our esteemed President to the turkmen people: "Holding our pride in our Independent Motherland, our faith in bright tomorrows, and our clear goals high, we have named the year 2023 as the year of "Happy youth with Arkadag Serdar". This is a great confidence given to the youth who are the future of the Motherland" marked it, and it is a reflection of this fact.
Our esteemed President: "We have set high goals in the Revival of the new epoch of the Powerful state. We promoted the welfare and socio-economic development of our beloved Motherland, further raising the standard of living of our people, strengthening peace and trust in the world. We rely on the young generation of our country to achieve these lofty goals" said, and expressing great confidence in the youth.
Pride in the passed way, great confidence in the positions ahead increases the joy of the New year holiday.
Our esteemed President in his New year's greeting noted that the current year was a year of successful continuation of large-scale reforms in our Independent, Neutral state. Also, stating that the Presidential elections of Turkmenistan were held on March 12, he noted that our citizens expressed their will on a democratic basis and voted for the future.
As you know, on the eve of the 31st anniversary of our holy Independence, at the Dovlet Maslahaty held on September 23, our esteemed President instructed to start preparations for the 2023 elections of members of the Mejlis of Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, velayat, etrap and city halk maslahaty, as well as the members of Gengeshs. Based on what was said, we are election groups, and we are working to organize the elections of members of the Mejlis of Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, velayat, etrap, city halk maslahaty and members of Gengeshs in Revival of the new epoch of the Powerful state in 2023.
May, the year of "Happy youth with Arkadag Serdar" will be a fruitful, prosperous and successful year for our country and people! May our Motherland continue to prosper!
