CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
Turkmenistan confidently moving towards new heights of development is the birthplace of a happy childhood. In our Independent country – care for the younger generation is inexhaustible. In every large-scale state project, can see efforts to achieve happiness and joy for children. Children – are flower and continuation of our life. Our people have very fair proverbs, such as “Honey is sweet, but a child is sweeter than honey” and “A child – is a continuation of life”.
During in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, work carried out under the wise leadership of our esteemed President, aimed at ensuring that the younger generation of our country live a prosperous and happy life, grow up strong, knowledgeable, patriotic and hardworking people is one of the strategic objectives of the development of the state. Program activities in this area ensure the comprehensive development of children in our country and make a positive contribution to their upbringing with high moral qualities.
There is a deep meaning in the words of our Hero Arkadag that paying special attention to children and treating them with love is a spiritual value that the Turkmen people have perfected over the centuries. In our peaceful country, which is considered the birthplace of a happy childhood, International Children’s Day is widely celebrated on June 1, as in other countries of the world. This date is included in the list of official holidays of our democratic country as an expression of solidarity with the international community and commitment to the fundamental purposes and principles of the United Nations regarding the rights and interests of children. This date – is a holiday dedicated to universal principles such as peace, humanity and friendship.
Thanks to the unparalleled efforts of our Hero Arkadag and our esteemed President, our country attaches great importance to supporting families and motherhood, encouraging large families at the state level.
Along with the high level of education of the younger generation, all conditions are being created in our country, so that modern children can relax in modern health and recreation centers during the holidays and develop harmoniously mentally and physically. In this regard, the conditions created in modern children’s health and recreation centers in our capital Ashgabat and the city of Arkadag in all towns and villages of our velayats in Gokdere – a picturesque corner of our beautiful nature in the “Avaza” National Tourist Zone the fame of which spreads all over the world, delight all our people. Also, every year in order to identify talented children and inspire them to create creative and fun contests are held called “Garaşsyzlygyň merjen däneleri”, “Iň eýjejik gyzjagaz”, “Merdana nesil”.
The State constantly takes care of ensuring the harmonious development of the younger generation, comfortable and peaceful life in our Independent State, preservation and strengthening of their health. This is fully evidenced by the creation of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation on the initiative of our Hero Arkadag to support children in need of care. The Foundation plays a huge role and importance in the social support of the younger generation, promotes the restoration of the health of children in need of care, ensures their happy life, educates them with such noble human qualities as devotion to the Motherland, spirituality, high morality, humanism and honesty.
We sincerely wish our Hero Arkadag and Hero Arkadagly Serdar for their fatherly care for happy children, who are value of our lives and the guarantor of our peaceful future, good health, long life and further success in their noble deeds!
