CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
During in the years of the Revival of new epoch of a powerful state under the leadership of our Hero Arkadagly Serdar, who successfully continues great undertakings of our National Leader of the Turkmen people Hero Arkadag, a new page has opened in the history of our Independent, permanent Neutral state. Our country has embarked on the path of stable and harmonious political, economic, social and cultural development and filled with significant dates.
One of the significant dates inspiring us to achieve great labor successes and conquer new creative peaks in the new era is the blessed birthday of our esteemed President – Hero Arkadagly Serdar! On this wonderful day, we wish that the fundamental reforms of our esteemed President forwarded at the further prosperity of our sovereign Motherland, strengthening its economic power and further increasing the socio-cultural well-being of the people, as well as domestic and foreign policy based on the principles of peace and friendship and creative initiatives of our esteemed President will always be fruitful and successful!
At the present time work is being successfully realized to reform the national economy, ensure its gradual transition to market relations, digitalization, attract large investments in the industrial sector and improve the standard of living of our people. The constant increase in wages, pensions, state benefits and scholarships, support for private initiative and growth of income of the population due to other positive measures are excellent fruits of the work of the esteemed President in the social sphere and inspire optimism. In our state, which has high authority in the world, whose permanent Neutrality has been recognized three times by the United Nations, all work is aimed at the benefit of the people.
Our people firmly united around our Hero Arkadag and our Hero Arkadagly Serdar are witnessing historical events in the International Year of Peace and Trust. The meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan that took place in our significant year, also became one of the important events in the socio-political life of the state.
Under the wise leadership of our esteemed President every day of our country is filled with joyful days. Holidays and celebrations bring us closer to the main holiday – the 34th anniversary of our sacred Independence. You look back at the path you have traveled, rejoice in the achievements, you are proud of the changes and rejoice in the victories. Of course, with the acquisition of Independence, in the not so distant past, our country took a worthy place in the world political arena as a state rapidly developing economically, achieving social well-being and always open to equal and mutually beneficial cooperation.
In accordance with the large-scale reform programs implemented by our Hero Arkadagly Serdar, commissioning of numerous industrial, social and cultural facilities, implementation of large-scale projects at the national and international level are vivid indicators of the rapid development and economic strengthening of our state. Over the years of Independence, country has achieved great success in the socio-political sphere and diplomacy, work on modernizing various sectors of the economy continues effectively.
In accordance with the tasks outlined in the “Revival of a New Epoch of a Powerful State: National Program for the Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan for 2022-2052”, large-scale work has been carried out to diversify our national economy, develop the trade system, oil and gas, transport and logistics complexes, agriculture, construction and energy, science and education, healthcare, sports and culture.
This is clearly demonstrated by the events taking place in the state and public life of Turkmenistan. The multifaceted work being carried out adds new glorious dates and bright pages to the chronicle of the great achievements of the Turkmen state. This shows that the path of transformation of our Hero Arkadag is successfully continuing and developing on a larger scale by our Hero Arkadagly Serdar, concrete decisions are being made on the successful implementation of strategic state programs forwarded at the benefit of the people.
The construction and commissioning of advanced technological production facilities in our country, widespread introduction of new technologies, innovations and digital economy in production have given impetus to the rapid economic and social development of our country. In recent years, construction of buildings and structures for cultural and social purposes has been combined with the construction of residential complexes and modern villages.
Large-scale work has been and continues to be carried out on the construction of the Ashgabat-Turkmenabat high-speed highway. Thanks to the tireless efforts of our esteemed President large-scale work is being carried out in our country in the electric power industry, gas industry, healthcare and education. Such large-scale work, in turn, contributes to the prosperity of our Independent, permanently Neutral state and growth of the well-being of our people. It is pleasant to remember that all this is the joyful fruits of our Great Independence.
Today, outstanding achievements and successes of our powerful state, which has reached a high level recognized throughout the world thanks to the successful implementation of fundamental reforms that contribute to the modernization of our economy, transformation of our country into an industrially developed power and active integration into the global economic space.
The caravan is gaining strength and every month and day it rises to new heights. The path of statehood of our Hero Arkadag, our esteemed President, allows us to confidently move forward even in the difficult conditions of modern world development. The Turkmen people closely following goals of state policy and tasks of the future, clearly understand the importance of uniting the efforts of society.
Once again, we sincerely congratulate our Hero Arkadagly Serdar on his birthday – a significant date that our entire nation celebrates with great enthusiasm!
