CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
According to article №81 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, Article №4 Electoral Code of Turkmenistan, appointing the date of elections of the President of Turkmenistan belongs to the Mejlis (Parliament) of Turkmenistan.
According to the resolution of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan №453-V of 15 October 2016, the Presidential elections in Turkmenistan is assigned to hold on Sunday, February 12, 2017.
