CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
According to article No. 4 of the Electoral code of Turkmenistan, the right to declare the beginning of electoral campaign for Presidential elections in Turkmenistan belongs to the Central Commission for holding elections and referendums in Turkmenistan.
