CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
As it is known, organized preparations are being made for the elections of members of gengesh of Aba Annayev township of Karizek etrap of Arkadag city which will be held on July 23, 2023. One of the important stages of the election season is the nomination process. In this regard, from May 24 the activities of nomination of candidates were started.
According to article 44 of the Election code of Turkmenistan, the right to nominate the candidates belongs to political parties registered before the appointed day of the elections, as well as groups of citizens.
Nomination of candidates begin sixty days before the elections and close thirty days before the elections.
Thus, the work of nominating the candidates for membership of gengesh of Aba Annayev township will be held between May 24 and June 22, 2023.
