CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
In order to consolidate the listeners' knowledge on the specialty “Improving the qualifications of employees of local executive bodies and local self-government bodies” of the Academy of the State Service under the President of Turkmenistan, in practice, on October 19 this year they visited the building of the apparatus of the Central Commission for holding Elections and Referendums in Turkmenistan.
