CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
On March 21, in accordance with Article 73 of the Electoral Code of Turkmenistan, early voting for elections instead of the early retired deputies of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, members of velayat, etrap, city Halk maslahaty and Gengeshes, began on March 31, 2019 in the respective electoral districts.
Early voting is held daily from 08:00 to 18:00.
