CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
A meeting of the central commission for holding Elections and referendums in Turkmenistan was held on February 22, 2022. According to the agenda of the meeting, Hydyr Kakabaevich Nunnayev, vice-rector for scientific works of the Turkmen state institute of physical culture and sports, Maksat Myradovich Odeshev, chairman of the Saparmurat Turkmenbashy etrap committee of the Democratic party of Turkmenistan were registered for the post of President of Turkmenistan. During the meeting, the head of the Central election commission handed over to candidates the identity card.
The meeting was attended by the head of the Central election commission, members, and representatives of the media.
