CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
On May 19 of this year, at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held by our esteemed President for Digital Communications, good news from the Russian Federation was announced. It said that President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, for many years as a diplomat, has made a significant contribution to the implementation of the foreign policy of the neutral Motherland, the development of constructive cooperation with foreign partners, including with reputable international organizations, as well as by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin for his great contribution to strengthening the strategic partnership between Russia and Turkmenistan President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was awarded the Order of Friendship.
Thanking for congratulations and good wishes, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that he regards this award as a sign of sincere respect for Turkmenistan and its people, as well as as a visible symbol of the inviolability of traditionally friendly and good-neighborly Turkmen-Russian relations. This award is also evidence of the successful implementation of the peaceful foreign policy initiated by the Hero-Arkadag, which has earned our country a high international prestige.
