CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
Türkmenistanyň Mejlisiniň möhletinden öň çykyp giden deputatlarynyň saýlaw okruglarynda 2024-nji ýylyň 7-nji iýulynda geçiriljek saýlawlar boýunça saýlaw möwsüminiň esasy tapgyrlarynyň biri bolan dalaşgärleri hödürlemek işleri 6-njy iýunda tamamlandy.
Türkmenistanyň Saýlaw kodeksiniň 44-nji, 45-nji, 47-nji maddalaryna laýyklykda, dalaşgärleri hödürlemek işlerine Türkmenistanyň syýasy partiýalary we raýatlar toparlary gatnaşdylar. Syýasy partiýalar we raýatlar toparlary öz mejlislerinde we ýygnaklarynda ýurdumyzyň kanun çykaryjy edarasyna deputatlyga has mynasyp dalaşgärleri hödürlediler. Ähli saýlaw okruglary boýunça bir orna birnäçe dalaşgär hödürlendi, munuň özi bu saýlawlaryň bäsleşik esasynda geçjekdigini aňladýär.
Türkmenistanyň Saýlaw kodeksiniň 48-nji maddasyna laýyklykda 1-nji «Garaşsyzlyk», 2-nji «Bitaraplyk» we 6-njy «Köpetdag» okrug saýlaw toparlary tarapyndan dalaşgärleri bellige almak işleri 2024-nji ýylyň 11-nji iýunyna çenli dowam eder.
