CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN

During in the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, industrialization of the country and expansion of the range of products based on local raw materials are important areas of the state strategy initiated by our Hero Arkadag and successfully implemented at present under the leadership of our esteemed President. In this regard, great importance is attached to increasing competitiveness of manufactured products, strengthening the scientific and technical base of production. Positive results of this work contribute to the creation of new production complexes, increasing the volume of production of import-substituting products.

This is clearly evidenced by the grand opening and commissioning, on the eve of the glorious holiday of the 34th anniversary of our Independence, of a glass container manufacturing plant located on the territory of an industrial complex in the north of the capital, which took place on September 8 with the participation of the esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. The enterprise designed to produce 100 tons of products per day, replenished industrially significant production fund of the country and demonstrated that national economy is confidently moving forward along the path of harmonious development and creation.

The new production complex, which was built by the private enterprise “Rysgally zähmet”, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, at a plant with a total area of ​​6 hectares will produce about 50 types of glass containers with diameters from 5 millimeters to 3,000 millimeters. Among them are colored and colorless glass jars for food packaging, colored and colorless glass bottles, as well as glass containers for medicines. The production process at the enterprise begins with a melting furnace. The raw material consisting of local quartz sand, limestone, dolomite and other additives, melt at a high temperatures up to 1,500 degrees. Then glass mass enters “IS” equipment from feeders, which forms glass products. These high-tech devices form glass products of various sizes by expanding glass mass. The formed products are transferred to a cooling furnace, where hot glass products are gradually cooled. The cooling process relieves this stress and ensures strength of the products.

The modern factory equipped with innovative technological equipment of foreign manufacture, will use local raw materials for production, such as quartz sand, dolomite, limestone, sodium sulfate and coal. With the commissioning of the new factory about 300 additional jobs have been created. All production and living conditions for employees have been created here.

During the ceremony representatives of “Horn Glass Industries” (Germany), “Vetromeccanica Srl” (Italian Republic) and italian company “Bottera” presented certificates to the new plant.

Then the Head of State presented director of the “Türkmen aýna önümleri” enterprise with keys to new cars and special equipment.

Thus, new plant opened and put into operation within industrial complex in the north of the capital, will help meet the needs of the national economy for high-quality domestic products, increase to export potential of the industry, as well as increase the volume of manufactured products and expand their range.
