CENTRAL COMMISSION FOR HOLDING ELECTIONS AND REFERENDUMS IN TURKMENISTAN
In the administrative center of Serdar etrap, it was held a meeting of Balkan velayat voters with the candidate for the President of Turkmenistan – the Chairman of Agrarian Party Committee of Mary velayat Durdygylych Orazov. The meeting in the Municipal Culture House was participated by the heads of local authorities, workers of enterprises and daikhan associations, elders, community members and mass media.
An agent of the candidate standing from the Agrarian Party, told the attendees about D.Orazov’s biography, noting his experience in the field of agriculture and organizational skills.
D.Orazov clarified provisions of the election platform. The agriculture agenda was focused on the increase in productivity, soil conservation, development of horticulture, vegeculture and melon-growing, rendering of help to daikhan associations and landowners in creation of their own machine-tractor parks, etc.
Answering the attendees’ questions, the candidate devoted attention to the issues of water management, water-supply improvement, the population’s social and living conditions, creating jobs.
